The best food in San Diego, if you try once you can’t forget the taste anymore. The place is clean and the employees are friendly, wait time is worth for having the best meal, it’s better to call and reserve. Thanks for hospitality, highly recommended this place even for the catering, I will be here more and more.
If I could give this place 10 stars or even more I would! The food is delicious and the people are friendly although there is a bit of a communication gap due to the language differences. You pay a reasonable price and get a ton of food and they are very good at answering questions one way or another. I can't describe to you how wonderful the food smelled and tasted and there was so much I took leftovers home that made a couple more meals for me. I've been here twice since I came back to town. I give them 50 stars!
The food here is amazing and absolutely delicious, especially their platter for three people. It offers authentic Afghani cuisine with an original, rich taste. I love this place and highly recommend it! Parking is easily available and they welcome you with a traditional afghani soup
This was my third time visiting Kundoz Kabob, and once again, I had a fantastic experience. Abdullah Jan is such a respectful and kindhearted person—he truly makes you feel welcome. He recommended the Chopan Kabob to me this time, and it was absolutely delicious. Full of flavor and cooked to perfection! I can’t wait to come back again soon. Best service ever!
5 minutes ago New I really enjoyed the food here! I had Mandu which is like Afghanistan dumpling with minced lamb,onions and sumac ! Also I had their chicken kabob it was succulent that only halal chicken could offer and it was served on a flat bread that tasted fresh and homemade! I also loved the fact that they are opened so late! Another win is that they have complimentary tea ! Also the ice cream was amazing too. It was not too sweet and had hints of cardamom and it was topped with crushed pistachios !
By far, this was the best tikka kabob and qabuli palow I've ever had in my life. The service was quick and welcoming—Abdullah, the gentleman who greeted my mom and me, took our order with such warmth that he made us feel right at home. It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish.

The food here is DELICIOUS! Nice portions. The Mantoo dumplings are excellent, as well as lamb Kabbob and rice, followed by complimentary pistachio ice cream. I am definitely coming back. Thank you for great service too!
